What you are buying
vlickd is a web tool that trims video. You upload a video file, choose the part you want to keep, and download that section as a new MP4 file. Pro is a recurring subscription that raises the limits listed above. There is no physical product and nothing is shipped.
Cancellation and refunds
- You can cancel at any time from your account page. Cancelling stops the next payment.
- After you cancel, Pro features stay available until the end of the period you already paid for.
- Your stored projects remain downloadable for 7 days after a subscription ends, then they are deleted.
- If something went wrong — a failed export, a charge you did not expect, or a subscription you meant to cancel — email dapcollections@gmail.com and we will refund the most recent payment.
- We do not offer partial refunds for unused time within a period.
Restrictions
vlickd is for video you own or have the right to edit. Do not upload material that is illegal where you live, that you do not hold the rights to, or that depicts the abuse of any person. Accounts used for that are closed without a refund.
